Responsible individuals needed to work in lawn service, planting, grounds maintenance and hardscaping projects. Horticultural knowledge and experience are desirable, but not necessary. Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to relate well to co-workers and clients. Own transportation and valid driver’s license with good DMV record required. Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions. Salary ranges from $8-$12.50 /hour depending upon experience and performance levels. Bonus plan available. |

Crew leader Supervisor |

Working crew supervisor position for planting, grounds maintenance, and hardscaping projects. Good communication skills required and the ability to handle on-site problem solving and customer relations when needed. Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions. Applicant should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Horticultural knowledge and experience are desirable, but not necessary. Valid driver’s license with ‘larger than car’ experience and good DMV record required. Salary ranges from$10 - $18/hour dependent on experience and performance. Bonus and retirement plan available. |
